Cabbiavoli is the ideal setting for an exclusive rental, an unforgettable holiday, or a romantic Tuscan wedding. The villa offers refined facilities including a private secluded swimming pool, a consecrated chapel, and a 13th-century tower with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.
The property is rented on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. Rates include three hours of daily cleaning and breakfast on Sunday (available on request for the following days). Additional services such as cooking, shopping, and a butler can also be arranged. Our attentive staff, Marta and Manuel, will ensure that every detail is taken care of with warmth and professionalism.

Ground Floor
The front door opens into a large hunting room with fireplace. On the left, a marble staircase leads to the first floor, while a corridor connects the other rooms. To the right is a spacious kitchen, followed by a guest bathroom and a dining room with fireplace and French windows onto the courtyard. The main living room adjoins the library, and to the right lies the Federico Barbarossa bedroom with en-suite bathroom and bathtub.
At the top of the marble staircase, a long corridor leads to the bedrooms. On the right is the Yellow double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom featuring both shower and bathtub. To the left are two twin bedrooms – the Celeste and the Pink – each with its own bathroom, both with shower and bathtub. Further along the corridor, the Julia Roberts bedroom has a balcony overlooking the front yard and an adjacent private bathroom with shower and bathtub. This floor also includes a laundry room and a second staircase.
Garden
The villa opens onto a spacious courtyard, the heart of Cabbiavoli, offering stunning views of vineyards, rolling hills, and the towers of San Gimignano. In front of the Lemon House, a lounge area with sofas and a dining space invite guests to relax and enjoy al fresco meals, while behind the Tower a shaded corner is ideal for summer lunches. A staircase leads down to the 10 x 5 m swimming pool, surrounded by a wide lawn and an elegant arcaded loggia.
XII Century Tower
An original medieval tower from the 1200s, with a private entrance. Inside, a summer living room with a staircase leads to the Tower Bedroom, a double room with a small bathroom. At the top, the panoramic terrace offers splendid views of the Tuscan countryside.
Lemon House
The ancient Limonaia, once used to shelter citrus trees, is now a cosy living room with games, table tennis, and a football table. Its roof terrace offers beautiful countryside views, ideal for an aperitivo.
Chapel
The 13th-century consecrated chapel of Saint Bartholomew, with its ancient crypt, offers a unique and intimate setting for weddings or special celebrations.
