The above rates include

• Water, electricity, linen and towels, cooking gas, Wi-Fi
• Parking and use of the swimming pool (open from April to end of September)
• Weekly change of towels and linen
• Security deposit of €150.00 payable on arrival
• Check-in between 15.00 pm and 19.00 pm
• Check-out by 9.30 am

Not included in the rate

• Cleaning €45 euro per apartment
• Tourist tax €1.00 per person. Ex children under 14
• Baby cot/extra bed €25.00
• Use of washing machine: €5.00 per load
• Extra linen and towels: €15.00
• Dog €45 per extra cleaning

Booking policy

• At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% is required; the balance must be paid at check-in.
• Free cancellation up to 30 days
• 30% fee from 30 to 15 days
• 100% fee from 15 days or no-showm

Villa Rates

The Villa is rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. These rates include 3 hours of daily cleaning with a maid and breakfast on Sunday. On request, breakfast on the following day, as well as cooking, shopping and butler service, can be arranged.

Tourism Tax Rate

Anyone staying in tourist accommodation has to pay the tax, which is per person and for each night’s stay, up to a maximum of 6 consecutive nights.
