The above rates include
Water, electricity and gas for cooking. Parking and use of the swimming pool (open from mid April to the 30th of September), weekly change of towels and linen.
Extra change of towels and linen is charged at €8.00.
Optional services
Heating is charged on usage (€4.50)
Baby cot: €25.00
Extra bed: €25.00
Use of washing machine: €3.00 per load
To reserve
Deposit of 30% by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), bank transfer, postal order or travel cheque. The deposit is just for guarantee, the total settlement will be paid on arrival at Cabbiavoli. We accept payment by cash, cheque and credit card (Visa).
Security deposit of €150.00 payable on arrival.
Check in on Saturday between 15.00 and 19.00 / Check out Saturday by 9.30 am
Cancellation policy
For cancellations from 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival, we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price (the initial 30% deposit).
For cancellations from 29 days to 8 days prior to arrival, we apply a penalty of 70% of the total price.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 days prior to arrival, we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
No-show has to pay 100% of total price.
